From the dawn of Sandbox, our persistent goal has been to reach the desired audience. But, on occasion, when copy and visual content combine to evoke a positive emotional response or make people think or inspire action, that’s a wonderful thing. Inclusion is inherently personal after all, and responses we have received from the U of C community have been infused with appreciation and pride with the sheer level of inclusion.
This highly comprehensive site envelopes the scope and history of inclusion that is at the core of the University of Chicago. Diversity, as U of C sees it, encompasses the Albanian to administrative assistant, professor emeritus to war veteran. The Diversity site casts a net as expansive as the University’s academic contributions, students, alumni, staff, and faculty.
Sandbox had the opportunity to lead the internal Diversity Working Group and work closely with University communications to craft this rich microsite.
