To connect and support CIE’s community, the site includes information on project funding, access to physical space for meetings, resources for prototyping, and showcases the broad innovation network along with the University’s and CIE’s innovation successes.
The CIE brand needed to move beyond the familiar, institutional brand of the University to better relate to vibrant start-ups and entrepreneurs. This dual distinction was integral to CIE’s ability to better reach a community of peers and experts looking to connect around innovative ideas. Working with the team at CIE, we explored visual directions that telegraphed CIE's equal commitment to both the tech world and academic research.
